Electro-Matic and Siemens host 2-day Manufacturing in America tech event at Ford Field
Michigan Governor Rick Snyder Headlines Thought Leadership Event
Electro-Matic Products, along with Siemens, will once again sponsor Technology Tip-Off, the area’s premiere technology transfer event, on March 20/21 at Ford Field in downtown Detroit.
This year’s event has been expanded into a 2-day symposium entitled “Manufacturing In America,” featuring an even bigger Technology Tip-Off bringing together manufacturing and automotive industry executives, technology leaders and innovators to explore how technology is driving the re-surgence of American manufacturing. Michigan Governor, Rick Snyder, joining via live web stream from his office, will be the headlining presenter at the Manufacturing in America Symposium along with top executives from General Motors, Ford, Boeing, BMW and Comau. Several of these industry leaders will also participate in panel discussion moderated by IndustryWeek magazine during the event. This event also features more than 40 unique technical seminars and an exhibition floor with 30 different vendors showcasing the newest technology today and one of the biggest market intro-ductions by Siemens in 20 years!
“Last year, more than 1,000 attendees from 100 different companies attended our Technology Tip-Off event only, and this year we have added even more content and activities,” says David Scaglione, vice president of sales and marketing for Electro-Matic Products, Inc.
This event is open to members of the manufacturing and automation community. Attendees may participate in the entire two day event or pick portions of the agenda as their schedules allow! Admission to Manufacturing In America and all of its events is free of charge, compliments of Electro-Matic and Siemens. Registration is required.
