Hudsonville High School student athletes now have access to a cutting-edge indoor athletic facility for training and competition, thanks to a major new addition to the school. The high school unveiled its brand-new $26.5 million athletic fieldhouse, following nearly three years of construction. The two-story, 104,442-square-foot facility features a basketball court, indoor tennis court, wraparound walking track, weight training areas, wrestling rooms, and more.
Hudsonville High School has recently added a stunning new LED sign to its campus, enhancing its ability to communicate with the community and celebrate its student achievements. Installed by Valley City Sign, with architectural design by GMB Architects from Holland, MI, and construction led by Owen Ames Kimball (OAK), this new sign is a showstopper.
The school district, one of the fastest-growing in the area, aimed to make a bold impression with this facility upgrade. The sign boasts cutting-edge 11-millimeter resolution, offering a sharper display than others found at nearby schools. This high-resolution screen provides crisp visuals, allowing the district to showcase important messages, upcoming events, and athletic victories with clarity.
The sign’s main purpose is to promote various events hosted at Hudsonville High School and recognize the accomplishments of students, from sports victories to academic achievements. With a dedicated team managing the signage for all Hudsonville schools, the new LED screen outside the high school is a key tool for engaging both students and the local community.
This impressive addition is part of Hudsonville High School's ongoing efforts to remain at the forefront of technology and communication, helping strengthen its connection with the public while enhancing its already top-notch facilities.
